I had a great breakfast at this cafe, the owner was very pleasant made me feel at home.
Mr. Rui is a amazing baker and cooker. Very friendly and gentlemen. Delicious home made cakes and bread. I trully recommend the Cinnamon and Honey cake and chorizo bread (my son's favourite bread) Amazing and delicious Portuguese wines and spirits! It's a small shop but very well organized and tidy.
Friendly service, tasty toasted sandwiches, good coffee! Tables outside, but well protected from the elements. Minimal noise from the road.

Rui is one of the nicest men you could meet. Full of love, in everything he does, especially his food. A lovely cup of coffee & the cakes are delicious. I love being able to experience European style here in the UK because they generally put so much love into the business & so it feels more like you are supporting a friend or loved one at the same time as having a great snack, coffee & or conversation. If you like to immerse. The best coffee shop in the area without doubt & small business always appreciate your visits. I wish I had some photos to share if his amazing treats. Not just food on the go, Rui has biscuits, olives, breads & other to keep your pantry stocked with the good stuff. There are also tables & chairs to sit at if you have longer to enjoy. I miss him & the cafe very much. I moved away up North, however I will certainly visit when coming south. Enjoy

This is a fab little friendly cafe. Really good coffee and home made pastries and sandwiches. With the place being run by Rui, originally from Portugal, it’s no surprise there are excellent Natas Tarts, but the doughnuts are delicious too.
